Need a dose of energy? We're bringing you an extra serving with a lively set from local ska, rock, and reggae icons The Players Band! We're thrilled to have this big Baltimore-based group playing our season soft launch on the brand new Downtown Columbia Lakefront stage. The supremely talented Players Band lineup includes several Columbia natives, so it will be a family reunion with incredible block party vibes!

Please join us at 7 PM on May 16th for this completely FREE show. The Players Band has opened for many illustrious bands, and has performed more than 350 live shows in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Virginia. Their latest album, Skazilla, came out last May, and is available everywhere you can download music, including their Bandcamp page.

Don't miss out! It will be an evening of soulful tunes that will have your whole group on their feet! As usual, blankets, lawn chairs, food, and non-alcoholic drinks in non-glass bottles are allowed at the Lakefront.
